As for the lovely Kasha Jordyn, I have worked with her for 10 years now, and not always in a model/manager atmosphere. I first worked with her in the construction industry when her cleaning company was hired in for new construction cleanups and foreclosure cleanouts. At the time her company was rated 6th in the region for workmanship and quick turnovers with no callbacks. Not bad for a small company with only a handful of employees. Her work ethic and dedication to any project she was on has not been matched, and her attitude at the jobsites put everyone in a great mood which made up for them not working as hard since they couldn’t keep their eyes off her. Being no different than anyone else, I wanted to know more about this beauty that worked construction when she should really be on the cover of a magazine. It took quite a while to learn about her personal life as she really tries to keep business and personal separate. What I learned then and the series of events that have taken place since that point are a very inspirational success story that keeps me working nonstop to feel like I am at least keeping up with her on a daily basis.
I will do my best to tell her story while allowing her to keep her personal life separate, as I know you all can appreciate. It all began at age 17 when she was approached to model. She was well liked by everyone, but told she was too short to be a model in the U.S.A. What do ya know, she got an offer to go model in Japan. Around that same time a family member was diagnosed with Rheumatic Fever and Kasha, being who she is put school, Japan, and her modeling on hold to take care of her family. Modeling was always in the back of her mind but, after a few years of being away from it she focused on starting a career that didn’t have height, weight, and age restrictions. Having always wanted to work for herself she focused on getting on the job training by working at real estate companies, tax companies, and even a litigation firm. In doing so, she learned about contracts, taxes and made a ton of contacts in the real estate industry. Not having a real estate license, she started a company that was the first to enter a house after an abandonment or foreclosure, clean and repair it, then turn it over to the local real estate agents, along with working with local contractors. When houses she was working on were getting cited by the city for weeds and lawns not being mowed she contacted the banks that owned them and asked why it wasn’t being done. Their response “We can’t find anyone that is willing to do them every two weeks”, so she bought the needed tools and added lawn maintenance to her list of services. The same happened in the winter with snow removal, winterizations and the list goes on. She is not one to shy away from work or a challenge in fact don’t make the mistake of saying she can’t accomplish something because she will surely be there when it comes time to watch you put your foot in your mouth.
I received a call from her in 2009 when one of her employees got chemical burns from a house they were cleaning out that had been laced with Muriatic Acid. She went on to tell me about the way people wreck the houses when they get evicted and that while the acid was a new development, it was nothing new to find dead animals, syringes, and other things that don’t need mentioning. After an ongoing conversation over a few weeks she decided it best to get out of the foreclosure cleanouts and focus on residential cleaning.
At the time Kasha was in Colorado working and I was in South Dakota on a project and was watching how Sturgis had an opportunity that most places don’t have. So I decided to make a calendar of local girls on local bikes. Being my first calendar and being new to the area, I had a hard time getting ladies to fill the slots. I had started with 36 and was down to 9 that were great gals just not enough for a calendar. After hours of arm twisting and hearing her tell my why she can’t be in it, “local girls only and I’m in Colorado, I’m too old to model, I’m too short” the list goes on. I finally prevailed and got her in front of a camera for my 2010-2011 KR Productions Calendar, and man did she shine! She also found out that she was a great promoter, and promoted several poker runs that earned her a spot in the biker community as a standup lady that respects everyone and will go out of her way to help anyone. On top of that the calendar was a huge success with 3000 sold the first year. That itch Kasha had to model years prior was once again there and she jumped in with both feet. Having worked together for so long and developing a working relationship and a strong level of trust, she asked me to manage her as a model. After picking myself up off of the floor, I accepted and began the journey that led us to where she is today.
She started her Kasha Jordyn facebook page on April 22 of 2011 and had an offer to be in East Coast Biker online magazine for June 2011. She has since been in East Coast Biker online edition, Bikercrap.com featured babe, Bikers of America Babe of the Week for over 10 weeks, had a wallpaper listed in the top 100 sexiest women, cyclematters.com, Wild West Customs, 707 Customs, Midwest Auto body, a bikercrap.com page titled Kasha’s Closet, Roc House Training Center, and several upcoming magazines. She can also be heard on Bikers of America Blog talk radio the Phil and Bill show Tuesday Nights discussing topics from bikers rights, to just about anything your mind can conjure up. Her photos and posters have been sent all over the nation for poker run raffles and signed requests, she is constantly getting requests for styles and themes. My phone doesn’t stop ringing and she doesn’t stop working to bring you the best shots, and styles that she can think up. I am honored to work with someone that is constantly trying to better herself and remains so personable with all of her fans taking time to respond to each and every one of them. It may take a while but she makes it a point to speak to everyone that has helped to kick start her career. She is truly a down to earth model that knows what it takes to get where you want to be and that anything is possible if you work hard and don’t lose sight of your dreams.
